Hello! I have panic disorder. I've only been dealing with it for a year now, it just kind of popped into my life. I was put on Lexapro, and since June I haven't been taking it because I've been feeling great. But just yesterday I was full of anxiety, so I'm not sure what's happening... I have a number of issues,.... I have Bipolar, I have a son with Asperger's Syndrome, and I also have Non Verbal Learning Disorder (Similar to Aspergers)... Thanks for creating this group.... I am working on chronicling my journey through the strange and dark places in my mind.... I have been doing a lot more searching through the recesses in my mind and I will warn people that some of my posts on my blog are not for the faint hearted and may be triggering for some.... but thanks Dixies for creating this group :) Hopefully I will be welcomed here?

Hello, I have been a sufferer of Panic Disorder for most of my life, through the years I tried many ways to cope, alot of wrongs ones usually, but getting help and realizing what your up against is half the battle, understanding that your not alone, or crazy. Talking about things, and developing understanding is a major help.

I intend this group not only to be for those who suffer with an emotional disorder, but for those who want to understand them as well, especially people who are co-dependants, which is someone who lives with a person with a disorder, or even someone you are related to, or close to in some way, and need more understanding.

This group is intended to help people, and give people a place to discuss and learn, so if this is something that you need, or want to learn more about, please join.
