One of my favorite things about my mom is she's goofy & fun. I was probably 11 years old when my mom, brother, sister, and I got into the hugest water fight--in the house! I think we were all ganging up on my brother. It escalated from squirt guns to cups to buckets. What a mess! It was so much fun.

what an awesome idea this is. my mother passed away about nine years ago and i miss her desperately. if your mom isn't crazy or a complete bitch or some other negative sort of thing than never ever take her for granted, because when she's gone there's no replacing her.

Lisa~I've done that for lots of my daughter's friends too. I've actually even "unofficially" adopted some of them...you know...kids that are over so much they seem they like belong there...
