I think one of the funniest memories of my Mom was one year at Halloween. She put a horrible mask on (one of those things that goes over your entire head...with hair and everything...a really scary looking evil old man mask) and crept around the side of our house and went into our neighbor's house. It scared the Mom over there so bad that she peed on herself...which tickled my Mom who then proceeded to...yep...pee on HERSELF. What a sight that was...but really hysterical. Mom always did love a great practical joke.

Sounds just like my mom. She works with a bunch of doctors and they are constantly pulling jokes on each other. It's great.

Yeah...I'm like that with Target AND Costco. That's why I stay away from Costco unless absolutely necessary. I mean...really...does ANYBODY really need 48 rolls of toilet paper at one time? hahaha

Costco...it's amazing! Just make sure you have plenty of money if you go...everything is in bulk so it ends up being a bit pricey.

yeah, definitely just spent $80 at target and basically half of it was on vitamin water, an elephant candle holder, cards and other random stuff, hahhaha

One of the things that stands out about my Mom is how giving she is. From the earliest I can remember, our house was always full of friends, relatives, lots of laughter and love. There was always an extra bed for a friend in need and a sympathetic ear for anyone that wanted to talk. I like to think that I've inherited a bit of those qualities.

Wow. There is so much to say about my mom. She is great, she is the person who I admire the most. I want to be like my mom in almost every aspect of life. I am the middle child of 5 kids. I guess I was the "odd" ball. I always did things different and my mom was all for it. When I graduated highschool I was affraid to tell my mom that I thought college wasnt for me, something else was out there I needed to do. My mom was with me 100 perecent. She kept me in the church at the times I hated it the most (now I work at a church). She loved me the most when I hated everything and everyone. My mom is my hero. My mom is everything to me. Love you Mom!

Today is the 10th Anniversary of my mom's death. I wrote a rather long blog entry talking about it, and I would appreciate you guys and gals taking the time to read it.
I don't normally play the attention whore here, but I put my heart and soul into this as a kind of therapy for me, and it would mean a lot if you would take a look at it... especially those of you lucky enough to still have a mother.
Thanks.
