Welcome Andrea! I'm so glad to hear you're doing well following your journey through the cancer. My sister is mid-way through breast reconstruction and doing quite well...enjoying her "new" head of hair...and a renewed lease on life.

I am honoring the memory of my mother, Freda, who fell victim to an aggressive T-Cell Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma this past April. I am honoring the memory of my aunt, Flora, who fell victim to ovarian cancer in August, 2006. I am honoring the memory of my cousin, Cristopher, whose young life was taken by skin cancer in 2001. For each of them and for countless others whom I have not met, I wear a LIVESTRONG wristband.

I'm honoring my sister with this group. She has recently finished chemo for breast cancer and is now facing reconstructive surgery, all the while with an amazingly positive attitude and lots of laughter.
