Hey guys! I am really trying to find my own photography style or technique or whatever you want to call it, and I have recently really gotten into doing designs like the one below. Although I know some picture would look better as completely black and white or completely color, I was wondering if people like this way of editing the picture as much as I do. Feedback please?

I like the look. I do it to a few of my photos, but sometimes I find I need some colours to stand out, so do it selectively.
