Welcome to the ORIGINAL "invited members/beta testers" group. Dont be fooled by the cheap imitations. I created this group for the first members of ViRB! We are the beta testers! We are the members that needed an invite to join this amazing community.This group is by invite only. If you were a member before March 7, 2007, send me a message and i will add you to the group, . I will get around to writing a much better description. I am very busy with work, my bands.. and whatever else i am doing. Till then.. start spreading the word!

I do have to say I love this site so far.
The only I ever do on myspace anymore is login to delete spam. I hope word of virb spreads quick, but not too quick. We don't need the spammers coming here, though I think that virb will be better equipped to handle them.

Amedika - would you be cool with allowing others to use your myspace layout (with acknowledgement/credit, of course) or something very similar? I'd love to do something like that for my old myspace profile and don't want to spend any more time over there than necessary (I'd rather be learning how to do things right over here). Thanks!

Ok so here is a question, why are we not able to embed anything we want, why is it only "approved media" that we can embed?

I know you can not use java script, it just depends on what your trying to embed, but no flash objects from my understanding as they want a more classy look for Virb, sets it apart from myspace, more proffessional. They don't wan't flashing objects like falling objects, flash cursors, or flash animated comments and things like that, you can embed videos from approved media sites as said, Virb has a more clean organized look, not over flash and tacky ;)

You can embed flash objects, only from approved sites like Google and YouTube. There are other, you will have to experiment to find them though.
