Have you ever heard about Ef?. They are from Gothenburg, Sweden. All started in 2003, and for 2005 they had released 4 CD-R demos. One year ago, their debut album " Give me beauty... or give death!" came out. It has been for a long time one of my favourite post-rock bands and they are getting big every time.
The demos are not available anymore, and I have not seen them anywhere (I do not even remember details of them). These are:
- Tomorrow my friend (pt. 1) - 14:25
- We will meet in the end (pt.2) - 4:35
- Misinform the uninformed - 12:37
- (I hope you can help me with the fourth because I dont know it, ugh?)
The track list of "Give me beauty... or give me death! " is:
1. ett
2. Hello Scotland
3. Final Touch / Hidden agenda
4. He came, he stayed, he fell
5. Tomorrow my friend...
6. We'll meet in the end
And there is a really cool 7" called "A Triology of dreams, noise and silence":
A. What if I take the wrong turn?
B. I hear heartbeats
So! dont get confuse, "We will meet in the end" and "Tomorrow my friend" sound different in the album. I have not listened "Misinform the uninformed" of the Japanese Version, but I guess its different too (?). I uploaded for you just one DEMO:
TOMORROW MY FRIEND (PT.1)
If you live in Europe, and they visit your city, what are you wating to see them?!. Those kind of bands are not going to come to Mexico.
