What's with the old broad?

I'm not sure how I feel about this character. (The one with the giant pendulum in her living room.)
Usually I get this way with every non-regular character that starts eeking his/her way in. I think this one is going to bother me permanently if she stays around. I forget where she's from. I know I've seen her before but can't put my finger on where. Anyway, I hope she stays out of the scene.
