"GUT" was a German electronic band consisting of two members, Ommi and Rael. The band existed from 1980 until 1986... Unfortunately, we have to say "existED", because Ommi died a few years later... so the band will never be able to have a reunion again! - At that time, both Ommi and Rael still went to school in the small German town Schwalmstadt near Kassel. They released several Compact cassettes with their own compositions recorded mainly with two Synths on an old Uher reel-to-reel tape recorder. Furthermore, they did a lot of local gigs, often together with the band "CB Tune" of which they were both members, too.

This VIRB - site is meant to commemorate their music and to say "hello" to the fans from the old school-days who have not forgotten Ommi. - Hope you´ll enjoy it... Ommi surely WILL... hello up there...what do you think?
