Displacement is one of the most traumatic things people can go through... South Africa's history is full of it. People were moved around so much during the Apartheid years because of the "Group Areas Act", that many kept fleeing their homes for years until they would end up in a totally uninspiring place, severely inhibiting, the potential of people and their ability to find fulfillment.

Potential is the key to the door of destiny. The door to our destiny is not only linked to opportunity that exists in time, but it is most certainly also linked to a certain place.... It is when we feel the vibrancy of a place and its people that we become aware of the potential we have to succeed or make a difference.

If I look at locations like the world's economic hubs, we see that they have a unique capacity to inspire creativity and ambition in the minds and dreams of many talented individuals.

Today, the moving of ideas and goods between places have allowed people to be connected to certain places regardless of their geographic location, many great ideas and collaborations come out of the synergy facilitated by the internet. What makes a place inspirational. Not only people, but the interaction between people.

Walls have been broken down by the a digital realm, and people gather around digital campfires where they are discovering their passions and cutting the keys to a greater destiny than ever before. I pray that Internet becomes affordable in my home country (South Africa) and in the third world so that they are not marginalized and excluded from the inspiration that access to information brings.

Hail to the key makers. Let's work at making the internet a tool to make a difference in people's lives. WE have the power to inspire a generation of nomadic potentiates.
