The Picked Pockets were created by longtime opal oval contributors Greg Embryo and Monster, as well as Greg's neighbor, Jeff.
I was asked to play subsequently following, originally on electronics, but then over to guitar and accordion, as well as percussion. Currently the line up is: Gore Be Grym, Peyote Slinger, HONEYMOON SALAD or LETTUCE (ladies love cool iceberg), Milkbook Herschowitz, Backwoods Owen, Special J, and various other contributors and dancers depending on where, when, and how we perform.
We are regularly on 88.3 WQRI FM based in Bristol Rhode Island, on Roger William's campus, at midnight on Friday nights until the early hours.
