About
My name is Alex and Hearses is my original music. In collaboration with my long time friend Luis (vocals) we try to create music that provokes and inspire. We have too many influences to mention but will say that Rock and Roll is at our core. Many songs start and finish with an acoustic guitar but when possible we do plug in and attempt to develop a big sound. Our debut album, Merry Maker, will have about ten songs.
I'm also a photographer. For several years I've been photographing Our Lady of Guadalupe murals where ever I see her. I've only just started using my digital camera for this. The other I'll need to digitize. The interpretation of her varies but the reason for her is to look after the store she's painted on.

Dead White Underbelly - first show
Our first show Saturday night @ the Dragonfly in Hollywood impressed the crowd. We got good feedback after the show. Then the lights were on Switch Blade Kitty. You should search them out. Very interesting.
