It's only September
when I remember
What gift life has given
What death can take away
What love can find you
Even after you've lost the way
It's only October
When I ever hear you
say it to me
once more
will never be too much
nor enough
So here I shall stay.
I will be here
Always
Though it hurt to break this in
It's worth the fit
