Honey Claws' debut is crunked-to-the-ceiling psychedelic, experimental hip-hop with a heart of gold. It's ninjas with mixers and keyboards, weird acidhead interludes, ice-cold margaritas gulped down at the drum break, hands in the motherfuckin' AIR. Over the course of 49 minutes witness the Austin-based band bring out the animal in themselves and, through some kind of bass-heavy, titty-shakin' osmosis, bring it out in you too. Go buckwild. Go get clawed.
