If you looked up Rob Meyer in the dictionary, well... you wouldn't find anything. He isn't in there. On the other hand, if Rob were in the dictionary, you would most certainly find words like geek, gamer and cool describing him. One thing you wouldn't find in the dictionary however, is Rob's contact information. Maybe he'll tell you if you ask, if you're cool enough. You would also note that Rob was born and raised in southeast Michigan, where hell freezing over is an annual occurrence. Incidentally, he also defends a bedroom there, from the clutches of of evil and / or his brothers. One who knows Rob will invariably comment that he is much cooler than his brothers are. Another thing that you should note, Rob is always right. I know what you're thinking, yaknow that one time? Well, guess what? Reality is frequently inaccurate.
Sometimes others agree to say a few nice things about Rob. Usually this is done to attract new friends. Brandon says that "Rob always knows how to make me laugh." Kelley said, "Rob is altogether fun to be around and once he's there, you really can't figure out what it would be like when he leaves." Alex claims that "Rob is an jerk at times, but that is what defines Rob as a person; if he wasn't a jerk, we probably wouldn't like Rob as much as we do now." Rob's personal favorite, however, is what is dad has coined him to be; "A lazy perfectionist."
Occasionally, other people will call Rob a geek and this is not entirely inaccurate. However, calling Rob a nerd is completely wrong. See this website for details here. Rob is pretty good with computers, writing in the third person, and video games. He taught himself XHTML, CSS and JavaScript, sometimes known as the "other" holy trinity. Photoshop is another tool in Rob's rapidly expanding arsenal of computer knowledge and combined with his coding skills, he is working on creating his own web server and website. If you share said love for computers and are a friend of Rob, he has probably shown you some of his awe-inspiring creations. Hopefully, Rob will stop playing COD4 long enough to actually get something done.
Video games... that addiction that finds every youth on the planet. Rob is no different, although he actually has some semblance of skill compared to his friends. FPS' are his favorite type although he will play RTS' frequently. In one very remarkable incident in Halo 3, Rob's friend Kelley managed to kill Rob. Albeit this was accomplished by using a secret technique only known to Rob and and a few select others. She continues to rejoice in this fact, even though this incident occurred over a year from the time this page was last updated. Rob is an avid Xbox 360 supporter, and has two consoles, an Elite and a Premium. Xbox will always remain his console of choice.
Rob LOVES photography, and often takes very nice pictures with his (mom's) camera. It's a nice one, but his mom doesn't use it at all, except on special occasions. Because Rob loves taking pictures of others, his pictures of himself suck, mostly because he has yet to find another person willing to take pictures of him. Sadly, Rob doesn't upload that many of his pictures, mostly because they aren't of him. Because of this, when you browse through Rob's photo section, you will find that the majority of his uploaded pictures are of Kellah, who is the most tolerant of having her picture taken and is the person Rob sees the most outside of school. Lugging around a $500 camera that wieghs 5pounds is not the most viable option for him.
Music is another one of Rob's passions, and he enjoys listening to bands like... well, all sorts of things. Except rap. Rob cannot tolerate rap, if you listen to rap you are subhuman in his opinion. Most of the music he listens to is rock, although sometimes some alternative and techno will catch his eye. His favorites (in no particular order) are Yellowcard, Anberlin, Relient K, Switchfoot, Stellar Kart, Three Days Grace, Skillet, Hawk Nelson, Flyleaf, This Beautiful Republic, The Rocket Summer, Avril Lavigne, and Eleventyseven, and The All-American Rejects among others.
Rob's personality is very complex, and uses the absolute latest in cyborg behavioral algorithms. Uh, not really, but that would be pretty cool. Rob doesn't tolerate incompetence or ignorance whether displayed in himself or others. Maybe if you are good friends with Rob he will forgive you of this crime, usually because he knows that humans aren't perfect, except for him.
Usually by this time most people are convinced that Rob is a pretty cool fellow. Before you go ahead and think that, you should realize a couple things about Rob. Rob is the kind of person who thinks he is better than everyone else, not because he can, but because he is. Rob is a sarcastic jerk, but the kind that is funny in that annoying sort of way. Rob has a sparklingly course personality that rubs you in just the right way to make you forget what it was like without him there and make you never want to find out again. Rob is utterly set against verbal and or textual declaration of strong opinions. Rob treats people fairly and will alternate between using bluntness and tact to accomplish his objective. For that, Rob has earned the respect of his friends and the scorn of those who don't understand.

So, I've finally started to get into the whole Virb° thing. I just designed my page (which may or may not be "live" yet by the time you read this), and I'm hoping it doesn't get screwed up with all of Virb° getting redesigned.
