I'm on a final warning now.
My first warning comes from making a web based tool that my fellow employees(represenatives) can use to quickly setup customers phones by sending the settings, and if that didnt work, the manual setup was right there. I was forced to take that down.
My final warning comes from making documents that show my fellow employees how to do things using the tools that are "approved" to use. Documents such as how to unlock a phone that has been sim locked. (not the same as carrier locked)
T-Mobile does not like anything that makes things easier, and better for employees or customers. If it's not thier tool, you cant use it. All I can say is wow. I am going to get myself fired for helping people...
Now, correct me if I'm wrong but if I someone does something that helps everyone out would you not allow that? Look I just created a cure for all diseases! Sorry, its not approved. Actually that happens with medical research alot. They make drugs or methods that can actually help people but because of lawsuits and copyright laws and all that other mumbo jumbo things just don't make it. It's so sad.
