From A Whisper To A Scream: Alt Rock for Urban Intellectuals

With the successful 2007 debut EP, "Shadows Fill Your Eyes" under their belts, Washington DC's Plastic Sky is back with the first of 4 new songs for 2008, Season Under Glass. Susane Asher's lush vocals have drawn comparisons to Chrissie Hynde (The Pretenders) and Martha Davis (The Motels). Joining Susane in the 2008 line-up are Martijn Jansma on guitar, Kevin Hall on bass, and Paul Garisto on drums. The band boasts a lush sound that pays homage to Radiohead, Beck, and K's Choice to name a few, while remaining unique.

This new single was Produced by Marco Delmar at Recording Arts in Virginia, with Jamal Jones on bass and Nik Hughes on drums.
