IR favorites, The Winter Sounds, are currently recording their second full length album entitled 'Church of the Haunted South' down in Austin, Texas. Apparently the recording is taking place at Cacophony Recorders where they are working with Danny Reisch (the Lemurs) and should hopefully be done soon for the sake of all of us fanatics.

The first hint of the sound on the new album can be found on this unmastered new demo called

'Trophy Wife', which you can currently grab for free over on TheirSpace.
