"We all admire the spangled acrobat with classical grace meticulously walking his tight rope in the talcum light; but how much rarer art there is in the sagging rope expert wearing scarecrow clothes and impersonating a grotesque drunk! I should know." (Vladimir Nabokov)
Thank you for your friendship! Musical greetings from Munich/Germany!

hey, if you're into the Beats or Naropa or Nuyorican, you might dig Getting Punch in the Arm Over the Summer, an article i wrote about some time i got to spend with Amiri Baraka, Sonia Sanchez, Miguel Algarin. and Anne Waldman. It is also featured in the latest issue of Illiterate Magazine. feel free to let me know what you think. ~lhv

I was just reading the comment you left over at Lemmi's profile and I just wanted to say that there actually is a flicker that occurs when you hover over the images for the first time. It's not really a bug or anything; Just the image not being there until it fully loads. You could always try using CSS to pre-load the images so that the flicker isn't there.

Oh, okay. Maybe a browser problem. Although, it works. :wink

In your navi, you have this blinking. a little tip: but the hover background under the link. then give a:hover "background: none" so that you see what is under the link: the hover-image. the browser load both pictures, so that there is no blinking. i hope it helps ... :smile :wink
