heck yeah man, the POD is definitely way cooler than I thought... you can mess around with the different cabs paired with different amps and can also change mic placement and mic types... 57s, Condensers, on axis, off axis, how big the room is... it's freaking great... way better than they used to be anyway. The ugly Gibson is great... I honestly thought it would come out of the box without strings, but lo and behold, strings and inside a hardshell case... the strings aren't bad, so I'm leaving them for now... you'll have some fun with the Gibson and the POD my friend..
