My name's Jaye Williams
I got kind of sick of the fact that MySpace is being over-run with hacking, pornography, and random advertisements, so im switching to VIRB.
Anyways...
Im 19, im a student at LCC in Lexington KY.
I was born in Fayetville NC and lived in Versailles KY my whole life.
Im a graphic designer (ask me for some work and i'll show you), and I sing for a metal band called O Jerusalem (www.virb.com/ojerusalem)
I love my friends and my family more than anything.
I believe that Jesus Christ was the son of God and died on the cross for ALL of our sins, not just certain ones.
I don't call myself a Christian because the word has been polluted for so long. I feel like people have lost focus on the teachings of Christ. In that sense I am not a Christian. I am a follower of Christ.
Christ taught us that the two most important commandments, and the most important teachings was to love God, and love others. I feel like this, in essence, is the meat of Christianity. NOT worrying about trying to live a perfect lifestyle, and NOT fulfilling some kind of tasks for the reward of salvation. Salvation is not something you can win, it's given to you if you choose to receive it.
Anyways
That is my spiel , and with that said, I am trying to love everyone unconditionally.
I fall very short, but that's the beauty of grace.
I love you, regardless of your stance or belief, it's not about that. It's the fact that we are both humans on this earth, and I love you for that fact alone.
It just seems right.

Thoughts
I like going to shows, but going to bar shows in Lexington was just weird to me. I like all ages, YMCAs, and churches more. We still need a venue though.
