But seriously, why IS everyone a Graphic Designer/Photographer/Artist? Was that some requirement to be a part of this network that I didn't notice when my boyfriend coerced me into joining? He is definitely not an Artist, at least not in the traditional sense of the word. He definitely has the aesthetic skills to be one though. Anyway - I'm really wondering if the attractive interface here on VIRB attracts graphic people or if there's another reason for the high population here on Virb.

If anyone wants to teach me how to use illustrator - I'm open to taking private lessons. I'd really like to become a fully-functional graphic designer since I already have the Public Relations education and work in Marketing. Well, it's 2 a.m. and I should probably be sleeping rather than pondering the high quality of the graphic content on most people's VIRB pages. But if you have any info that could enlighten me on this topic - feel free to leave a note.
