These words of the late Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. have moved me to a place in my life of great desire and high expectations.
I believe that there that there is good and though daily tempted by evil, we can make this a better place. I believe that by giving each other the benefit of the doubt and by learning to listen to each other more, we would then begin to hear and understand.
I believe in Jesus, no, not the Jesus that you see on T.V. I believe that there is a group of people who are just itching to live out the way of Jesus because we are sick of the way that people misuse his name. I believe that this Jesus was about subverting the injustices of his day and loving all no matter race, color, sex, orientation, religion, culure, etc... I believe that if we were to do this today, I mean actually do the things that Jesus did, then as the late John Lennon says..."Imagine".

i can't believe i'm going. unfortunately i won't stay in Holland. not Holland. cute, but very dutch. cute, but very reformed. cute, but very snowy. thanks for the plugs, friend, Friday looks to be like a fabulous time. also, that doesn't make up for the lack of pictures I seem to have of us from last Friday. hmmm? um.....why are we communicating on here? call me.
