As a person of faith I believe in Jesus Christ, and I believe in vision, but what I am understanding is that the vision that has been entrusted to us by the beliefs we desire to be apart of, we must learn how to manage what it is we see needed in the earth. I have learned that many of the things that we see a need for is not either for the season we are in or is it just for our on use.

Many of the things we focus on is not for the time we are living in. We must understand the things we see, and we put forth in the earth. We must learn to manage the feelings we have about subjects that are sensitive to the world and or to us as a people.

What vision management is, is staying focused on the ideal of a company or the ideals of a group of people. As a company grows sometimes the vision gets lost in the money being made or the new direction the company is going. A vision manager is a person that takes in all the information a company trough's at it, and keeps the company focused on its one or two goals or however many goals a company has.

If it is just based on one person, then vision management has to deal with focusing on what your passion in life is, and pushing yourself to accomplish what it is you have been called to do in the earth. When you manage your vision you then have the ability to become in total the radical you, you are supposed to be.
