If you as a person could define yourself how would you define you. What makes you the most important you that can be found in the earth. The struggle for many Americans is not the fact that they are can't get past the glass ceiling or the trials of everyday living, but the problem is the fact that many of Americans do not know or have any idea of who they are. Many of them are trying to define themselves with someone else or some sort of religion, but it is important to define yourself by they eyes you have, and not the eyes of someone else.

We as human beings must develop who we are before we can ever reach out and become better at what it is that we do. The art of being radical or developing vision is the fact that we must define ourselves and not allow anyone else or anything else to do it for us. If we can not become trapped in what anyone else thinks, are trying to become what our job forces us to be, and become what we need in the earth to be, then not only will we change the world, but our personal lives will never be the same.

There must come the time when we become the great person we are suppose to be, we must become the great I am. Most kings in the past were named "The Great," not because they were full of themselves, but because they became great by being who they were. So is the same for you as a person, if you become the great person you were mean to be, then there is nothing that will ever be able to stop you from being what you are mean to be. We must stop trapping our lives in fear or in the past, and stand on the power of ourselves. Become come great, become power, and become vision.
