What to do, what to do?

Still unemployed, I try and avoid all this talk of the declining economy, the higher rate of unemployment, and the arguments between the Repubs and the Dems. At this point I'm just waiting for paperwork to come in from my colleges so I can start the process of substitute teaching. Teaching seems to be where I want to be now but Dallas ISD is ruining it for all the teachers that want to teach. They are taking away the grades from the teachers in order to meet testing requirements so they can get funding year in and year out, they even screw that up with serious budget issues where they're laying off teachers in order to cover up their screwup.

I feel like I'm just wasting space and time now.

How to kill 8 hours?
