New Terra Engine Album Available Now!!! (Free Download) [http://www.archive.org/details/tmth018]

I am very proud to announce the release of my second album (under the Terra Engine name) by the excellent Timetheory Netlabel. As usual, thank you all for your kind comments and support.

TERRA ENGINE - KHVARENAH

The second "Terra Engine" LP can be acquired here (http://www.archive.org/details/tmth018) through Timetheory Recordings (http://www.jon7.net/timetheory/) as a completely free download, with more information about the label and it's various projects can be found here (http://www.archive.org/details/timetheory) and here (http://www.myspace.com/timetheorynetlabel). The album has eleven tracks and it is 52:49 minutes in length. Special thanks to Jon 7 for founding / running the Timetheory enterprise, as well as providing the awesome graphic layout.

Here is the descriptive write up for the album and the concepts behind it:

---

The second full-length album from Terra Engine, this album is a powerful expansion of the themes initially explored in "Power Ambience" (released through Amduscias Records -- http://www.archive.org/details/AMR112). Featuring the almost overwhelming electro-drone now known as 'power ambience', the music also ventures deep into the realm of experimental industrial soundscapes, harrowing dark ambient passages, menacing bass pulsations and avant-garde electronica.

Khvarenah is a Zoroastrian concept denoting "glory" or "splendor", but also refers to divine mystical forces as well as the will to persevere and continue forward. The music contained within the album is an exploration of this and other Zoroastrian concepts. This release explores the Zoroastrian mythos, in that Egyptian, Greek, Odinistic, and other such legends have been used far too often in musical, artistic, and conceptual works, whereas the Zoroastrian ideologies/concepts are, by the scarce nature of the actual adherents of the religion (less than 2,000,000 worldwide) are not as well known outside the worshippers of the religion.

Comments are appreciated.

---

I also have a track which is scheduled for inclusion on the Timetheory 'spring compilation' (no concrete date / data on this yet), as well as a short EP and split/collaboration LP (both on Timetheory, with no idea who the other musician in the split/collab. will be yet). In addition, I have also expressed interest to Lunar Flower Netlabel (http://lunarflower.us/ AND http://www.myspace.com/lunarflowernetlabel) about the possibility of releasing a 'light' ambient LP on their label (though it will be a while before this specific project will be realized).

That is it for now; hope you all have an awesome day ahead!!!

Cheers!!!
