haha.. well.. first i bleached it to hell. then after i got it mostly bleach white.. i had to do a toner to it too.. i think some kind of ash toner.. and thennnn the shampoo.. that is purple? shimmer lights? it pulls all the nasty yellows out that you get from your well water most of the time.. i just kind of.. over-used that shampoo.. but in the correct way.. because if you overuse it.. wrong? (if that makes sense) then your hair will just turn purple/blue.. :)
