I have a Journalism & Print Media degree. Of course, I found out too late that it wasn't something that I wanted to do in "real life" so a year and a half later I decided to go to art school in Atlanta and I finished my associates degree in Graphic Design.

Now, I'm in Charlottesville and have been working at the local newspaper designing special sections for the past 2 years. I pretty much get to layout and design all of the inserts the paper publishes. I have a lot of freedom with the art direction and get to cater to a variety of different subjects.

Besides that, I've just been trying to find some cool things to do in the area and enjoy where I'm at for the time being. Eventually, I'd like to move to magazine work and/or move back home to Hawaii and work at a camp out there and do design work.
