Worship, kissing the face of Jesus. What an amazing word to think about. To kiss the face of our loving heavenly Father. What an honor and privilege we have to be able to have this connection with the Lord. This is what got me through this world these past twenty-one years. Growing up in a broken family and having no spiritual leader, the only person I had to run to was the only person I should run to, Jesus Christ. Having four siblings that all looked up to me was just another weight added on my shoulders. I cried to the Lord each night, "Lord, use me in a mighty way." And in order to be deep with God, you have to go through deep things, and boy were those deep waters. But praise God my prayer was answered and continues to be answered. God has blessed me with the gift of playing guitar and I long to just give it back to Him. Having the blessing of being a lead worshipper for years now, my prayer is that you take these songs, my cries to the Lord, and make them your prayers. I want people to see the many different things that are comprised in worship. There is so much more to worship then just the music and voices. There is hope in worship, there is love, joy, peace. Worship Brings you to your feet in awe, it brings you to your knees in tears. I pray that these songs would cause you to see how awesome God is. I pray that you will see the full love of God. To go deep with God We can't go deeper then the foundation. To see how God remains faithful when we are faithless. "God use me in a mighty way, amen."
