You're at that place. you've beat yourself senseless because YOU screwed up. whatever it may be you know you sinned against God and well now its back to square one. Thats where I put myself alot. instead of looking to Christ and saying forgive me. I ball up and tell myself I am the only one who has screwed up like this ever. today I was feeling like that. And as I was crying out to the Lord to take away this feeling, He brought to my rememberance Paul when he said, "For the good that I would I do not; but the evil which I would not, I do."-Romans 7:19... We forget so fast that we are all sinners and ALL fall short. whether 80 or 18, we all are not perfect and no one.. NOT ONE of us can earn our salvation. Jesus died... Did you HEAR ME!? Jesus died! FOR YOU! so you wouldn't have to keep carrying your sin. His death removed it from your shoulders to His. Why? Because He loves you and He loves me simple as that. So if thats the case, what are we doing beating ourselves senseless when he gave us freedom never to have to go back to that place again? He wants us to recognize our sin yes. but give it over to Him and keep pressing on. KEEP PRESSING ON!!!! Don't stop and dwell on that mistake or whatever it is. believe me God has shed enough tears and blood over our sin. he wants us to move forward, be a willing vessel, and be filled with HIS wonderful plan! My life stinks when its in my own strength and power. it straight stinks. So right now, I challenge all of you and myself to stop holding back stop hoarding sin and give it over to Jesus, clean off that window and let CHRIST's light shine through you. You wanna mope around about your sin? Go ahead but I would ask you not to call yourself a Christian, cause Christian's are to reflect Christ, and when we are still carrying around our own sin, how does that make us any different from anyone on this earth? I love you all so much. I hope that this truth has penetrated your heart as it has mine. I have faith that Christ can move you in a great way to live for Christ as never before.
