Pours a nice light golden amber with a fizzy tan head that fades away quickly. Lots of action on the pour, I expect lots of carbonation.
It’s is very carbonated and has a light body. It’s got a nice, refreshing flavor though. Lots of citrus and a hint of spice. Almost like a very mild, wheaty, cider with a nice crisp finish.

Lunch: Salmon with fresh local peppers, onions, lemons, and olive oil. Wrap in tin foil, throw in the oven for 15 minutes at 450. The asparagus is really simple too, saute in a pan w/ olive oil on medium heat until tender, season with salt and pepper. Boom! A really good (and good for you) lunch. my amateur pluming skills proved equal to what looked like a huge task. Reward: pizza, PJs and some Friday night relax time.
started off doing UI design today, ended up doing computer surgery. Luckily the surgery went as well as the design. :)
