Hello, my name is Kelsey. I'm an 18 year old trying to survive life in Sycamore, as a prospective NIU college kid - it's overwhelming to say the least. My life is basically centered around art, music, nature, and animals. But not necessarliy in that order! I'm trying to find my place in this world as every other teenager is trying to do. But most of the time that's difficult because I'm not really on the same wavelength as everybody else; humour that's just a little too dry, an art style that's a little too weird, or just saying stuff that doesn't make sense--which frequently happens, by the by.

I'm attending NIU in the fall and majoring in 2-D Studio Art - Painting Oil/Acrylic to obtain my B.F.A, then I might move on to become a graduate student, or transfer schools - who knows, as long as art is involved, I'll be just peachy! :D

I'm known among my friends for being the albino or "translucent", the artist, the strange, pithy, awkward, extremely sarcastic, sadistic, bright, and cheery "Patches" that they all know and love!! : and yes my nickname is patches, due to the fact that my only birthmark is a strawberry patch right over my eye! -- thanx Liz! >: /
