New CD coming soon

Releasing new CD,"Still Life", a continuation of my 'music for film' series and probably the most ambient of my projects to date. It combines very relaxing, theme-based textures with an occasional venture into neo-classical new age sentiment, which features some of my more lyrical compositions inspired by the works of Tim Story, film composer Thomas Newman and classical composers Gerald Finzi and Ralph Vaughn Williams.

Didn't realize the time here. So busy creating new sound textures for some imaginary upcoming project (always planning ahead). Have accomplished two long standing goals. One is being sought after by a terrestrial radio entity without prior solicitation on my part and the other is finishing what I believe to be some of my best work for potential film projects to date, which i will not post for free anywhere.

I have been busy with my new apartment getting settled in and setting up my little studio that only consists of a PC, keyboard controller, studio monitors and expensive headphones. My favorite software apps are Reason 3,0, Sony Acid Pro, and Sound Forge, although I occasionally create midi sequences in Cakewalk Sonar as well. I usually mix all my own compositions and the mastering engineers whom I have worked with thanked me for doing such a good job. I also do remixes for other artists
