Grown on the deserts of Sonora, Mexico, a Ranchers son, Kevin found his way back to America with a caravan of thespians at the age of 18. Spending 3 years traveling and playing, he eventually settled in Los Angeles, California. He was discovered by Brian Sadler, his long time band member, while playing a solo act at Hotel Cafe an accordion. They played for several years together in various configurations until a vietnam vet by the name of Shiny Joe called them Last American Buffalo.
