Monochromatic Oil Painter, Picture taker, Wanderer, Traveler. Music, Film, Art, Photography.
I have been creating paintings, drawings, film making (experimental shots), and fancied my self a writer once, photographer. In general a kid who liked to create and dream.
I focus on my paintings. My mediums- mixed, multi-textured, heavy layers of oil paint, monochromatic, minimal, mostly by hand, on floors, no brushes, fire, oil, gas, tape, wax, layers and layers, time and age, the process of the paintings mostly primal, I am taken over by the work itself, the paintings dictate them selves to me. The are constantly alive, constantly changing, growing, I re-work them all the time. Experiments.
One can walk by them easily not looking or they may want to touch, run fingers across or wonder what makes them look the way they do. But look, in the minimal blackness and see what is there and not there. Look. Mirrors or Windows. The Void? The everything, the nothing at all.
Other than that I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico and am working of my paintings and getting Photos published. In the past year I have been helping friends who are in bands with artwork for their albums, promotional photographs for the labels or websites. Just general walking throw life looking at things as art or how to make things i see into art.
being inspired. Being around creative people, friends. inspiring each other, collaborating.
Working on holding art shows for local artists, my self, my friends as well as in a collective who create and work on pieces together, adding on to each others works, or working on conceptual pieces together. also I help bring touring bands to do house concerts.

to the person she most desires.
Find a mistress who is like the sun
go to her house
in the middle of the night
Smash a window.
Act like a great …

It is possible that no one on this planet does not have their own agenda. Is there anyone out there who just does nice things and doesn't expect anything in return?
All you have to do is ask me.

just finished a new painting. I don't know how I feel about it. The red especially. The left side was set a light which gave it an interesting mat and bleed. I may paint over it (as I do most my paintings they live and breath change and grow all the time) but after …

So: here's to 1) people discovering Y.O. was more than just the wife of a beatle and 2) seeing a new painting on your page every once in awhile...
