I've started being Kilroy in 2001, I do conceptual art + sounds, I work a lot.

Some of my remixes & trax were released for minor labels, organized a festival in Florence (Italy) called "superfici sonore".
I was part of IXEM for a while :(
After that i've worked at my FOOBAR MUSIC PROJECT, and stayed totally isolated for some years.

FOOBAR MUSIC consist basically in a radical cut-up of very thin chunks of sound (some people sayd that is more properly hand-crafted grain synthesis). Every sample is 12 seconds or less, and is token randomly from a record, then divided in ultra tiny pieces, then played.

Foobar music 1) Soothing sounds for baby gangs.

Dvd 43 min. (2003- 2006) unreleased, but shown in some places like art shows and festivals.
[17 traxs, sources from 30 record & 3 movies, some synth added. Video part is a conceptual prosecution of audio, sources are the cd covers of the sampled material, sound affects also luminosity, hue and saturation]

[i'd picked a 12 second chunk from every track of the '81 album "kilroy was here" from Stix, and done a new track of mine, same title. Some synth added in some parts]

1) Attaccare la chitarra al chiodo (2008)

An installation made with an electric guitar, a stereo amp and two feedback destroyers.
Strings are blocked to a second pair of mechanics nailed to the wall, so is impossible to tune it.
Room ambience and people presence affect sound, people touching the guitar can produce huge amount of noise.
I've played it also in a performance, adding terfenol soundbugs, a computer and a vibrator and i've done a dvd video loop of a part of it]

2) I started playing with NICOLA MARTINI, the project is called FFH, soon we will realize a demo and a Virb account, so stay tuned.
