I lol'd irl when i saw this happen in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. Its an anime about a smart but possibly insane highschool kid who aquires a brainwashing magic power and uses it to steal giant robots and rebel against the British Empire. Possibly the most over-dramatic anime i've ever watched, and high on silly-rating
