I've been coding in Ruby, HTML, CSS & Javascript for so long that I sometimes forget the elegance of the syntax.
Today I decided to power through the rest of my Cocoa book. About maybe 50 pages or so of reading, and 1,000 painful lines of Cocoa. Much of it with a format like

But I'm done with my book now. Readernaut tells me it took me 11 days to finish off the book. I think that's pretty stellar, considering I rarely every actually finish tech books.
I've taken the plunge, learned a new language (Objective-C), a new framework (Cocoa) and now I can (hopefully) start building my own applications.
But first, I need to give my wrists a break. They're very sore.
