"InTakt" - the new album by KonFerenz
Close your eyes and discover a new world: let KonFerenz lead the way. Between two breaths of air, the boundaries between NuJazz, Electroacoustic and Lounge disappear, while Chinaza´s voice carries us away. The charismatic singer was introduced as a guest on the debut album "KonTakt". Now she accompanies us throughout the whole journey - with her voice, her lyrics, her power and all her closeness. Ranging from funky to playful, from demanding to a pure whisper - from the very beginning all the way to the end of this intense album. Joachim Krohn, Klaus Jatho and Marc Bornée - KonFerenz - have found their way... and travel further than ever before. They leave boundaries of genres behind striding into the special world that they composed. A world full of emotion and closeness, warmth, energy and groove.
Welcome to "InTakt".
This KonFerenz has been taking place for six years, to celebrate collective compositions. The musicians live in different parts of Germany (Berlin, Kassel, Munich) and cooperate in other projects as well.
Conspiratively, KonFerenz cooperates with different guests. Vocalists, drummers and guitarists bring new influences to the project, bringing immense freshness to the sound-experience.
The KonFerenz-project is open for any kind of inspiration. Guest-singers are Romana Reiff, Amanda Bailey, Rebekka Bailey and Annik Rubens and especially Chinaza, who is featured on most tracks of KonFerenz and who is also popular with her own solo- project. Recently acquainted guests are Evzen Bocek on drums and Jiri Beran on guitar, both members of "Stereo Odyssey".
