Called Target again this morning just incase they found my phone. No Luck. I'm not surprised. I'm sure any one of the teenage employees who work there would be too tempted to keep my phone. That's life.
I got an email back from T-Mobile CEO Robert Dotsons' office this morning.
Dear Ms. Pishdadi,
T-Mobile is in receipt of your email to our President/CEO Robert Dotson
regarding your T-Mobile account. In order to assign this to someone for
review please provide me with your T-Mobile account number and/or mobile
phone number. Upon receipt I will assign your case to one of my
investigators for assistance.
We look forward to working with you.
Thank you,
Art Lucero
Liaison, Executive Customer Relations
Office of the President
I replied with the info they needed, haven't heard anything back yet and I'm not expecting to until tomorrow at the earliest.
I still went into the local store that made the mistake this afternoon. They lived up to T-Mobiles high customer service standards by telling me they couldn't do much because my account is flagged under "investigation", but they did provide me with a new SIM card and attached my phone # to it so I can put it in another phone and at least have service while I wait for this to get sorted out.
Feeling a little better today that they actually do seem that they are trying to get it sorted out, unlike the woman I spoke with last night who was very short with me.
