Ok.
So I didn't end up going to School of Seven Bells but joined a friend for the Crystal Antlers. A Californian hardrock (and several other sorts of rock/psychedelia) band.
A bit rougher than So7B (and a "bit" is an understatement) but most def worth the while! Was really in love with the seventies sound of the organ.
I ended up buying their vinyl and got it signed (woohooh).

Just saw this very intriguing talk on TED.com by Helen Fisher | anthropologist | studies gender differences and the evolution of human emotions.
She has done (and is doing) research on the effect of love on people, on the chemical, social and evolutionary side.
