So, I decided to do the whole 'before & after' photos of myself, since I've been losing weight for the past 6 months. I really like where I am right now as far as physical fitness goes. My stamina is through the roof. A few people know that I have been into weight lifting and the sport of bodybuilding. I am considering hiring a trainer, but that would cost way too much money right now. I want to enter a fitness competition next year. I plan on losing another 10-15 lbs to lean out my figure. I'm very consistent with building my arms/back and I've been training my legs especially hard, because I'm not as genetically blessed as others. I try to take in as much protein as possible. RTD protein shakes and cans of tuna are pretty much staples in my diet. Now, I just need more vegetables and I'll be straight.
