Creating some racket in the wee hours of midnight...

We can now proudly say, that we have used whatever we could get our hands on to achieve what's needed. It was also for cutting down on cost and maximising some quality time with one another - with our make do instruments that is. There might not be garages here in Malaysia, but at least there are the equivalents... our offices, places where we work. Therefore, we might not qualify for the term 'garage-band' but perhaps, 'workplace-band' could do. Just make sure you have access and permission to access in the first place so you don't get caught red handed and with your pants down.

And I rephrase from Jason Ding's famous play: 'What's the use of a band if we're not around anymore?'

There is a time for excuses. There is a time for play. There is a time for rest. There is a time to be lazy. But now, is not that time. Now, is not the time to choose. Now, is the time to work. Now is the time to toil. Now is the time to labor. Expect not to feel good. Expect not to have it easy. Expect to pay expensively. Expect to move forward. Expect to be humbled. Get this imagination out of our minds and hearts and down to the senses of those around us. Can't you see them in dire need?

Starting a band, this side of the world.

It's been a few months just preparing the ship before making sail.

We've been looking for crew to complete the picture, so that the first trip to the first stop before forever wouldn't be as bumpy as it should. I know, cause I've been a captain of an army ship before. I've learnt that if you travel with a crew that's unprepared or a baby crew, you're in for a bumpy ride. Having to tend to other needs than music and getting the art out is not a bad thing, it's a noble thing to do, but having to do so more than usual is just not as cool as you'd like.

So anyways, here's a toast to our tomorrows, and as coach Gaines says, 'only way to win this game, is to be perfect'.
