Last Daze

Ambient / Electronica / Pop

Brighton, United Kingdom

Billboard

Last Daze is the musical collaborational creation of Brighton-based producer, Tommy C, also of Sonic Wreck Creation. The idea for the project was to take four talented local songwriters, each with their own individual creative style, and work with them to bring their fundamentally live acoustic sounds together with Tommy C's signature beats and distinctive production style...The result is an album that is diverse but cohesive. Due to the range of musical influences belonging to each songwriter, the variety of styles you'll hear ranges from trip-pop to breakbeat jazz, via dub jams and folktronic chaos.

Whatever you make of it, enjoy!

The tracks currently uploaded (a selection of five from the album) are all bedroom recordings. The album is now in the early stages of studio recording, so the final mixes will be a whole leap beyond what you hear now!

Last Daze is due for release in late June.

"We all admire the spangled acrobat with classical grace meticulously walking his tight rope in the talcum light; but how much rarer art there is in the sagging rope expert wearing scarecrow clothes and impersonating a grotesque drunk! I should know." (Vladimir Nabokov) Thank you for your friendship! Musical greetings from Munich/Germany! Feel free to download my music!
