Last night in Glasgow is an indie pop band from Raleigh, North Carolina. The band started in mid 2008 when, on the last day of a two week trip to Scotland, singer/songwriter Rua decided to find a few other musicians for a new project. After joining forces with a bassist and a keyboard/synth player, both with deep roots in electronic music, the trio began writing new music at the end of 2008. In January 2009, they released a 3 song EP called "Kofi Annan in Sweatpants". In March 2009, their bass player, Benjamin, moved to DC and the group is now writing and performing new music as a duo.
