About
The Gathering began with a small group of young leaders who desired to make a difference, but needed guidance and direction. With over 25 years of faithful and successful ministry experience, Ron and Carrie Webb felt it was time to pass their knowledge and wisdom on to the next generation of leaders. And so the Gathering was born. On the first of every month, Ron and Carrie meet with this select group of young world-shakers, and share practical and Biblical leadership advice on how to reach this next generation for Christ.
