LEONE was started in Port Saint Lucie Florida during the winter of 06, when singer/guitarist Will Thomas wrote an ambitious 12 track demo EP. In late April 07, when he found drummer Danny Smith, the search began. There were some lineup changes in July 07 when bass player Terry Younger joined Leone. But the band, still not complete, was looking for a wider sound and added ambient guitarist, Terry Brent in October 07. Shortly after, the team began to work on the EP. Dateline, Winter 07: LEONE is one of the fastest rising local bands, and is currently preparing to release their debut EP, "Watch the Fig Tree". With a unique sound and big dreams, LEONE is ready for the world.
