Thank you the composition tips. Right now I am going through a few old pic and putting to use what you said (well the article anyway). I am starting to grasp what make an amazing photo. I realize how important it is to take many photos of the same thing. I have a lot of beautiful pics that I have to throw away because the composition is WAY out of whack! Cropping is helping a bit but sometimes that just ruins a picture. Any more tips? :)

On the photo, would cropping work to bring the 3rds rule? I took that photo from a very hard perspecetive. I wanted the shot but was not able to find a great spot. I just posted the same photo with 2 different crops. How's that? I kind of like the one with out the cliff in the front. The cliff, in my opinion, takes away from the colors in the background.

Thanks. I will read that as soon as possible. I have heard of the thirds rule but I have only applied it to people. I have never tried it with scenery. And you not finding inspiration in Nashville? Ha! :) I find that hard to believe. :) Hehehe.

Thanks for the comments on the photos. Sometimes I wonder if I am capturing the right things at the right angles. I haven't been able to take many photos lately because of much stress. This past weekend I was supposed to take lots of pics on my trip to Nashville but I was not able to. This is Nashville we are talking about and I was not able to do some photography. Bummer. :( Hope all is well with you. :)
