ran 5 mi, walked 1 mi today for April half marathon (www.cmmarathon.com). found out yesterday at work the company wants to sponsor employees interested in forming a team. may be a little too close for comfort for my style, but includes the $90 registration fee, a jersey for the race (hope it's dri-fit), some support from others working towards the same goal. i think it will keep me on track. wish i had the new timex IRONMAN sleek iControl.

maybe they'll throw in one of these for each of us, too. the answer's always no until you ask, right? :D
